Sparta Pride Wrestling Team
The Pride is a cooperative wrestling team which consists of kids from Reverend Brown Catholic School in Sparta, Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Franklin, Pope John 7th/8th Grade Programs and St. Joseph Catholic School in Newton, as well as kids from the public schools in the town of Sparta.
Its corresponding volunteers seek to assist all who have an interest in wrestling. The team and its coaches have a common goal and that is the growth of wrestling. The Sparta Pride Wrestling team is dedicated to enhancing and promoting the sport of wrestling by providing a clean, safe, wholesome learning environment for wrestlers. We take great pride in watching our wrestlers grow as we help to mould and build their character, instilling in them a sense of pride and positive values that comes through the hard work, dedication and discipline that are inherent in the quest of the wrestler who "Strives to be the Best They Can Be".
